1. Service Definition

EVA is an AI-powered music recommendation service that learns your music preferences to provide personalized recommendations.

2. Eligibility

  • /Individuals aged 13 or older
  • /Login via Google account required
  • /Agreement to these Terms of Service

3. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the following:

  • /Maintain account security
  • /Respect copyright of others
  • /Prohibit service abuse (automation scripts, excessive requests, etc.)
  • /Do not provide false information
  • /Do not use service for illegal purposes

4. Service Provider Rights

EVA reserves the following rights:

  • /Right to modify or discontinue service (with prior notice effort)
  • /Suspend or delete accounts for abuse
  • /Right to change Terms (7-day notice for significant changes)
  • /Technical measures to maintain service quality

5. Disclaimers

  • /Recommendation Quality: We do not guarantee AI recommendation accuracy or satisfaction
  • /Service Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • /Third-Party Services: Limited liability for disruptions from YouTube, Google, etc.
  • /Data Loss: While we make reasonable efforts, data loss is possible

6. Intellectual Property

  • /EVA Service: All copyrights and trademarks belong to EVA
  • /User Data: Ownership of user-created playlists and notes belongs to users
  • /Music Content: Copyright policies of third-party services (iTunes, YouTube) apply

7. Service Interruptions

Service may be interrupted in the following cases:

  • /Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice)
  • /Emergency security patches
  • /Third-party service disruptions (Google, Supabase, etc.)
  • /Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)

8. Account Termination

Users can delete their account at any time via the Privacy Settings page.

⚠️ Account deletion permanently erases all data and cannot be recovered.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

  • /Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Korea
  • /Jurisdiction: Seoul Central District Court
  • /Dispute Resolution: Prioritize resolution through consultation; litigation if consultation fails

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed as needed. Significant changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
